Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans and specifications and develop accurate cost estimates for Trane materials, subcontractors, non-Trane equipment, labor, and other construction-related activities.
  • •Consult on facility-related solutions to address customer problems and HVAC system design and installation requirements.
  • •Develop, evaluate, and discuss project solutions with account managers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and/or customers.
  • •Coordinate equipment, controls, and services selection and pricing for each project.
  • •Prepare, finalize, and review preliminary and/or final proposals and equipment submittals, and support account managers with proposal pricing and fulfillment scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business management preferred, with 3–5 years of experience in estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC, or construction management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
