Team Leader

Lead a sales team and define sales strategy to achieve store targets while ensuring a high standard of customer service and client relationships. Oversee daily store operations on the selling floor, including stock management, after-service, maintenance, and CRM standards. Manage product categories through merchandising, inventory control, training, and market updates. Coach and motivate the team, set objectives, and ensure regular training to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
