Job Summary

Support safe, reliable fracturing, acidizing, and well intervention operations for customers as a field-based Production Enhancement Specialist. Prepare and execute jobs by rigging up, operating, and rigging down pressure pumping equipment and chemical systems under supervision. Assist with pre-job planning and testing, monitor key parameters (pressure, rate, fluid quality, proppant/additives), troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate field documentation while following HSE, pressure control, and service-quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Support preparation and execution of Production Enhancement operations (hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, stimulation, and well intervention) per approved job programs and customer requirements.
•Prepare, inspect, rig up, operate, and rig down pressure pumping equipment, treating lines, manifolds, chemical systems, and associated wellsite equipment under supervision.
•Assist with pre-job planning, equipment/material readiness, product loading, pressure testing, function checks, and wellsite preparation to support safe, timely job execution.
•Monitor key job parameters (pressure, rate, volume, fluid quality, chemical concentration, proppant/additive delivery, and well response) during pumping and intervention activities.
•Maintain accurate field records (job tickets, daily activity reports, equipment checks, maintenance records, inventory usage, and post-job documentation) and follow HSE/pressure control/chemical handling and service quality requirements.

Key Requirements

•Have a high school diploma, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with relevant oil and gas field experience preferred.
•Have practical experience or a strong interest in Production Enhancement, pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, stimulation, nitrogen, sand control, or well intervention operations.
•Understand basic wellsite operations and high-pressure pumping equipment, including fluid handling, treating lines, manifolds, chemical systems, and pressure testing requirements.
•Follow job procedures, safety standards, equipment checklists, and supervisor instructions in demanding field environments.
•Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and commitment to HSE/pressure control/chemical handling safety; communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
