Key Responsibilities

  • •Support plant leadership by developing and maintaining manufacturing processes to achieve business and financial goals.
  • •Execute the strategic plan in line with regulations and customer requirements, including tooling layout, design, and implementation to production.
  • •Support production with process improvements and troubleshooting, working with product design on new tooling, processes, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead lean implementation and continuous improvement using Eaton’s Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) to eliminate waste and reduce variation.
  • •Identify and resolve issues via root cause and corrective actions, and manage projects/reviews while communicating progress status.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of experience in CNC programming for milling and turning.

  • •U.S. person eligibility required due to access to export-controlled information.
