Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide business-as-usual operational support across UK fund ranges and institutional business managed by Asset Management EU (AMEU).
  • •Support fund manager queries including corporate actions, income/payments, fees, fund administration, trade queries, and reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external providers (e.g., custodian/middle office/back office) to investigate issues and drive timely resolution and escalation.
  • •Support account and mandate transitions such as account openings, transfers, in-specie events, and fund realignments.
  • •Identify operational control gaps and improvement opportunities, including assessing onshore vs offshore tasks and recommending efficiency and simplification options.

Key Requirements

  • •Broad knowledge of investments with strong operational experience across the trade lifecycle (e.g., settlement, reconciliations, income events, corporate actions), with asset management experience desirable.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work confidently with stakeholders across levels internally and externally.
  • •Experience working with third-party providers such as custodians, transfer agents, middle office providers, and fund accountants (desirable).
  • •Good understanding of operational risk and controls, with proactive issue management, reporting, and escalation.
  • •Good technology and process mindset; Bloomberg familiarity is desirable but not essential.
