Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison between Navy stakeholders, shipyard leadership, and Alteration Installation Teams (AIT).
  • •Oversee AIT technicians performing shipboard electrical and communications system installations.
  • •Develop and maintain POAMs, Progress to Plan (P2P) metrics, and SFIMS schedule inputs.
  • •Ensure compliance with NAVSEA standards, drawings, and shipboard safety protocols, including inspections and witnessing system tests.
  • •Deliver technical reports, risk assessments, project updates, and recommend corrective actions based on quality findings.

Key Requirements
