Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • •Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health to leadership.
  • •Remove impediments and shield team members from external distractions to maintain focus.
  • •Partner with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and ensure clear prioritization.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on project goals, dependencies, and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical project management or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstratable experience in supply chain operations.
  • •Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • •Experience with Manufacturing, B2B integrations, or Procurement within the supply chain environment is an advantage.
