Key Responsibilities

  • •Own application operations across the Group’s estate, including availability, performance, incident, and problem management.
  • •Direct outsourced IT managed services for application support, including scope, service levels, and performance management.
  • •Own application onboarding and support handover model from delivery/enterprise solutions/platform teams into operations and enforce operational readiness criteria before go-live.
  • •Manage service delivery against service levels across entities, run major incident management, and conduct post-incident reviews.
  • •Build and lead the application services team, manage managed services contracts, and drive continuous improvement/automation to reduce incident volumes.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National.
  • •10+ years in application operations, managed services, or IT service management leadership within large organizations.
  • •2+ years of managerial experience in a related field.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required (Master's degree preferable).
  • •Experience with service management disciplines including incident, problem, change, and service level management, plus support transition/handover models between delivery and operations.
