Job Summary

Provide best-in-class credit card support for cardholders and financial institution partners as part of the Credit Card Contact Centre. Handle incoming phone inquiries and requests, validate information, identify customer needs, and resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You’ll also support secure code and website requests, points/rewards and card applications inquiries, and contribute to promoting new services through a business development lens.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage incoming phone inquiries and requests from cardholders and financial institution partners across general inquiries, secure code, website support, points/rewards, card applications, sales, escalations, retention, activation’s, and balance inquiries.
•Introduce and promote new services in a business development capacity.
•Maintain timely problem resolution while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Validate customer information and requests, identifying customer needs through customer contact.
•Analyze caller-provided information and process the appropriate next step based on the nature of the inquiry.
