Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely receive and sort all volume for the shift as part of a team.
  • •Direct incoming volume to the correct destination on time.
  • •Scan and sort boxes by driver routes and support loading vehicles.
  • •Communicate delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor and attend pre-sort meetings toward daily goals.
  • •Enforce safety/GMP/SQF policies, contribute to safety/productivity/cost/quality/on-time delivery, and assist in other warehouse areas as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Must be at least 18 years old.
  • •Read and write English; follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
  • •Ability to meet productivity targets and maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • •Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (standing, walking, crouching, pulling, pushing, and lifting for 10–12 hours).
