Job Summary

Perform professional accounting work including compiling, consolidating, and analyzing financial data. Manage daily financial oversight to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with GAAP and company policies. Handle ledgers, journal entries, fixed assets and inventory accounting, trial balances, and financial statement preparation. Support MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal audits, reconciliations, and maintain accounting systems for real-time reporting, using delegated accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

•Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards.
•Prepare and examine accounting records, trial balances, and financial statements, including journal entry and account classification.
•Manage budgeting and forecasting by developing and maintaining budgets and producing reports comparing budgeted vs. actual costs.
•Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, supporting real-time availability of financial reports.
•Perform internal audits across accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash, ensuring audit and correcting-journal-entry accuracy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
•Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles and practices.
•Knowledge of month-end process and in-depth experience in financial management and accounting.
•ERP knowledge with a preference for SAP functional skills.
•Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including reconciliation, budgeting, and internal audits.
