Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and lead pre-sales proposal evaluation processes, including architecture design, strategy, and planning, and drive technical customer engagement.
  • •Translate customer business requirements into concrete system/application designs for complex technology solutions.
  • •Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify additional business opportunities in existing accounts.
  • •Lead quality assurance activities for large projects; may manage technical staff and run OJT/training.
  • •Lead executive-level customer presentations and keep Dell products/integrations and industry trends up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Linux-based GPU cluster construction experience, including OS knowledge (Ubuntu, RHEL), kernel compilation knowledge, and container application fundamentals.
  • •Infrastructure design and build experience for 3-tier structures (BIOS/PCI servers; L2/3 networking; block or file storage).
  • •Infrastructure management software experience such as Zabbix, nagios, and OME (OpenManageEnterprise).
  • •12–15 years of relevant experience in a professional role.
  • •Advanced technical documentation and business English for technical and business conversations; domestic business travel.
