Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and produce drawings with limited supervision in structural discipline and create BIM content writing.
  • •Verify BIM compliance as BIM Lead Verifier, ensuring alignment with BIM Execution plans and BIM standards.
  • •Coordinate project BIM models and deliverables to meet client requirements and industry standards, including spatial coordination.
  • •Independently check completeness and accuracy of team work before review by senior engineers.
  • •Manage BIM submissions with QA/QC protocols, initiate coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks, and guide junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience drawing/modelling concrete and steel structures.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling.
  • •Expert knowledge of industry BIM standards, processes, and approaches.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, and Navisworks, with strong BIM environment experience.
  • •BIM Qualification/Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering, plus excellent communication and analytical skills.
