Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for computer-related issues and resolve technical and operational problems reported by users.
  • •Monitor and ensure 24/7 operation of hotel IT systems (front office, POS, email, internet) and maintain equipment performance.
  • •Manage network, systems, data security, backups, and IT contingency systems; keep security patches up to date.
  • •Ensure compliance for legal, data protection, and PCI requirements and implement corporate IT policies and annual self-audits.
  • •Coordinate installations, application upgrades, and hotel-specific software development; communicate with vendors and Corporate/Regional IT and provide user guidance and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT Administration or MIS.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of IT experience in the hospitality industry.
  • •Experience configuring and administering hotel systems and knowledge of service industry operations.
  • •Experience with Kempinski standard systems and guest/service technologies (e.g., Opera, Micros).
  • •Excellent English oral and written communication for a multinational environment.
