Key Responsibilities

•Serve as CHVAC SBU subject-matter expert for plants on material planning, master scheduling, and inventory optimization.
•Coach and enforce standard work for purchased raw materials, assembled components and kits, and finished goods; ensure plant adherence.
•Assess and audit sites for standard work adherence, BOS, and SBU standards; facilitate problem resolution via MDI execution.
•Coach phase-in/phase-out processes for design changes, value engineering, supplier sourcing changes, and product lifecycle changes.
•Improve scheduling and planning processes to generate high-functioning MRP output; collaborate with a corporate team and functionally manage plant Materials Leaders to optimize materials management activities.

•Bachelor’s degree required
•Extensive experience in supply chain planning, master scheduling, demand planning, logistics, and purchasing

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, production planning, warehousing, or inventory control
