  • •Influence product design vision, strategy, and roadmap to position HSBC at the forefront of customer experience design.
  • •Elevate design quality and practice by championing design thinking and facilitating a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • •Deliver high-standard UX, UI, and UX Writing across the product development lifecycle, ensuring craft, clarity, and creativity.
  • •Conduct research and apply data and insights to evaluate, validate, and iterate customer experiences that deliver real value.
  • •Translate complex financial services and regulatory requirements into simple, engaging, and trustworthy digital experiences while designing for accessibility and inclusion.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing digital products and services with strategic responsibility and measurable impact on business and customer goals.
  • •A strong portfolio demonstrating world-class product design outcomes across responsive and native platforms.
  • •Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines including research, content design, testing, visual and interaction design, and information architecture.
  • •Experience designing in complex, regulated environments (ideally financial services) with knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • •Able to write effective product content in UK English as part of the overall design practice.
