Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, scheduling, and estimation of engineering design activities from concept through construction-ready deliverables.
•Identify risks early and drive delivery across quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, providing technical direction and aligning all deliverables.
•Interpret project scope and specifications to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and WSP standards.
•Oversee and approve engineering designs, maintaining QA and alignment with project goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,900 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Post-graduate degree in Engineering
•P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation
•10–15 years of EPCM experience in the energy industry, including 7–10 years in project engineering roles
•Proven experience leading projects and working directly with clients and stakeholders
•Strong communication skills and ability to act as a trusted client advisor
