Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, scheduling, and estimation of engineering design activities from concept through construction-ready deliverables.
  • •Identify risks early and drive delivery across quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, providing technical direction and aligning all deliverables.
  • •Interpret project scope and specifications to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and WSP standards.
  • •Oversee and approve engineering designs, maintaining QA and alignment with project goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,900 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate degree in Engineering
  • •P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation
  • •10–15 years of EPCM experience in the energy industry, including 7–10 years in project engineering roles
  • •Proven experience leading projects and working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to act as a trusted client advisor
