  • •Provide leadership and steer an operational logistics area together with shift leaders.
  • •Assume technical and disciplinary responsibility for the development of shift and team leaders.

  • •Analyze relevant KPIs and initiate, implement, and track measures to achieve targets.

  • •Good German and English skills in written and spoken communication, plus experience with MS Office and KPIs/reporting.
