Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform market demand analysis for each segment and model group using factors such as economic trends, marketing plans, and competitive launches.
  • •Select and operate key materials in the system to stabilize supply for mass production of new models.
  • •Manage demand quantity discussions with sales subsidiaries and plan guides for strategic business-unit decisions.
  • •Develop strategy and operating plans across four cycles (introduction, growth, maturity, decline) from new model launch through end of production (EOP).
  • •Establish sale and supply plans for surplus and shortage inventory to maintain optimal inventory levels for distribution and subsidiaries, including mid- and long-term resource planning (4 to 6 months ahead).
