Universal Banker - (Spanish Preferred) - Market & Mason

Provide efficient, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a consistently high-touch banking experience. Cross-train to support sales and service, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution. Maintain internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management compliance.
