Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide behavioral healthcare management, monitoring and managing care across treatment phases as patients progress through recovery.
  • •Develop individualized treatment plans during engagement and stabilization based on psychosocial and medical needs.
  • •Provide continuous, regular consultations as patients navigate recovery, in person and occasionally virtually.
  • •Liaise with patient care teams and collaborate with behavioral health providers to deliver an integrated approach.
  • •Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health.

Salary: USD 270,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist with an active, unrestricted NC license and a DEA in good standing.
  • •Willing to obtain Clozapine REMS certification or already in possession of it.
  • •Prior experience with mental health and/or addiction issues.
  • •Familiarity with the medical, mental health, and social service systems in the Raleigh area.
  • •Comfort working one-on-one and in group settings with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
