Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage end-to-end credit card product aligned to business strategy and market needs.
  • •Manage customer life-cycle card strategies to meet targets for balance, spend, revenue, and cost.
  • •Deliver product P&L and major KPIs; optimize profitability and manage business/marketing budgets.
  • •Launch and implement product and portfolio initiatives (including acquisition/onboarding improvements and usage programs such as installments).
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory guidelines while managing partnerships with card associations, vendors, merchants, and sales channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Have card management experience with a proven track record; managerial experience is preferred.
  • •University graduate or above (commercial-related preferred).
  • •Possess financial industry experience with adequate knowledge of credit card products.
