Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and structure program objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned to EMEA Services goals and build roadmaps across workstreams
  • •Lead cross-functional program execution aligned to OpEx pillars and set governance frameworks, processes, and reporting
  • •Coordinate across functions (operations, finance, IT, commercial, etc.) to manage interdependencies, integrations, risks, and escalations
  • •Track and measure program performance and business outcomes using KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
