Key Responsibilities

•Translate global PBS category strategy into Americas execution plans while driving measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements.
•Build and manage a robust savings pipeline, leveraging demand management, specification optimization, and full spend visibility.
•Lead strategic supplier and ecosystem management, including segmentation, performance governance, consolidation, and MSP oversight.
•Drive commercial excellence, leading complex sourcing and negotiations while owning contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models).
•Act as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders, aligning procurement with business priorities, and driving fact-based decision making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
•5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Category Management (preferably Professional Services) with a strong track record in supplier negotiations, commercial value delivery, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrix organization.
•Strong understanding of SoW-based procurement, external workforce models, and data-driven decision making, with demonstrated ownership, integrity and ability to build trusted relationships.
•Experience managing top-tier professional services suppliers and contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models).
•Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with the business to drive impactful, transparent outcomes.
