Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate global PBS category strategy into Americas execution plans while driving measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements.
  • •Build and manage a robust savings pipeline, leveraging demand management, specification optimization, and full spend visibility.
  • •Lead strategic supplier and ecosystem management, including segmentation, performance governance, consolidation, and MSP oversight.
  • •Drive commercial excellence, leading complex sourcing and negotiations while owning contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models).
  • •Act as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders, aligning procurement with business priorities, and driving fact-based decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Category Management (preferably Professional Services) with a strong track record in supplier negotiations, commercial value delivery, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrix organization.
  • •Strong understanding of SoW-based procurement, external workforce models, and data-driven decision making, with demonstrated ownership, integrity and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • •Experience managing top-tier professional services suppliers and contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models).
  • •Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with the business to drive impactful, transparent outcomes.
