  • •Run the end-to-end R&D planning cycle, coordinating team-level plans across Product, Engineering, and Design into holdable commitments.
  • •Surface trade-offs with explicit options, costs, and recommendations so prioritization decisions are visible.
  • •Write leadership materials including board materials, strategy reviews, decision memos, and R&D communications.
