Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish design specifications based on industry/customer standards and expectations.
  • •Perform polymer concrete product design, detailing, prototyping, and testing, including component/accessory integration.
  • •Coordinate stage-gate product development from concept through commercial release with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
  • •Partner with Operations to design tooling/automation/assembly processes, ensuring manufacturability and smooth production introductions.
  • •Verify designs using calculations and simulation (FEA), maintain documentation (including SKUs/Bills of Material), and provide technical support for sales/customer inquiries and regulatory approvals.

Key Requirements
