Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with UK regulatory requirements and FCA supervision.
  • •Lead regulatory readiness for market entry, licensing, and ongoing supervision; interpret regulatory changes to guide strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
  • •Experience designing policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing complex compliance programs.
