Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and operate heating and cooling systems within the plant
•Read gauges and adjust valves, controls, and pumps to control fluid levels, pressure, and temperature
•Dismantle malfunctioning systems and test components; replace or adjust defective parts
•Perform daily rounds and log readings; enter information into databases or software programs
•Electrical trouble shooting / control circuits equipment operation / control set up / panel operating

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; prior experience in Refrigeration systems or equivalent technical education
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence
•Be able to complete RETA Operator 1 Certification within two years; RETA certifications in CARO, CIRO, and CRST are a plus
•TIG welding, MIG welding, and gas welding experience
•Electrical trouble shooting / control circuits equipment operation / control setup / panel operating
