Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with People COEs and business leaders to embed DEI across talent processes, policies, products, and culture.
  • •Diagnose inclusion gaps using data and listening, then co-create action plans with accountability.
  • •Coach managers and People Partners on inclusive leadership, bias mitigation, and complex DEI-related employee matters.
  • •Design and deliver DEI training and learning journeys; build toolkits and resources for managers and teams.
  • •Own DEI metrics, dashboards, narrative reporting, and global regulatory reporting across jurisdictions; shape the DEI roadmap and influence strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in DEI, partnering, or OD roles with enterprise-wide impact.
  • •Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate DEI strategy into action.
  • •Strong facilitation and training design skills, comfortable delivering to large, diverse audiences.
  • •Experience managing multi-jurisdiction DEI reporting and compliance (pay gap, EEO, workforce diversity).
  • •Data fluency to diagnose problems, measure progress, and communicate compelling narratives.
