Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as principal point of contact for cost management and lead the Turner & Townsend team.
  • •Provide strategic leadership and assurance for major programmes, including peer/gateway reviews, maturity/readiness assessments, and performance audits.
  • •Take on key account roles and manage client relationships as required, including project execution assurance and negotiations coordination.
  • •Periodically lead major program delivery roles through steady-state delivery and manage transition and backfill.
  • •Support infrastructure business development by contributing to marketing/BD strategies, preparing sales proposals and qualifications, and developing/coaching cost management talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • •MRICS qualified (FRICS is a plus).
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience developing and mentoring teams.
  • •Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
