Job Summary

Drive execution of growth initiatives for the courier (delivery) business, owning supply/demand initiatives and city OKRs. Analyze and track operational and ad hoc project data to improve effectiveness, plan and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel, and support launching and scaling operations in new cities. Build and manage local partnerships that strengthen marketplace supply and demand while coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring service quality and satisfaction metrics.
