Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, anticipate needs, and respond in a helpful, professional manner.
  • •Encourage guests to browse the store and use suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
  • •Maintain cleanliness by organizing and cleaning the cash wrap area, stocking/folding merchandise, and lifting/moving boxes as needed.
  • •Ensure line of sight and store safety, and keep inventory levels at par with neat, orderly displays.
  • •Handle cash and transactions (credit card, traveler’s check, and gift cards), and complete accurate cash out using the register/POS.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of cash handling, register skills, salesmanship, guest relations, calculator skills, and cash outs.
  • •Entry level knowledge of restaurant/music hall operations and retail/merchandising procedures.
  • •Strong communication and selling skills, accuracy with numbers, and ability to count inventory.
  • •Ability to educate and sell to guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, helpful manner.
  • •High School Diploma; evaluated on appearance, punctuality/attendance, attitude/teamwork, opening/closing duties, policy adherence, sanitation and safety, and guest satisfaction.
