Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end payroll processes for the Philippines, ensuring deadlines are met in collaboration with the team.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory legislation and liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • •Handle payroll inquiries via Workday, email, and phone to provide timely resolutions.
  • •Process and validate bi-monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Administer payroll data with ADP and HR/Payroll systems; perform reconciliations and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of payroll experience or equivalent in a mid-to-senior role
  • •Strong knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax regulations
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ADP for payroll processing and data administration
  • •Ability to perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and journal postings
  • •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
