•Lead AI discovery and solutioning by understanding customer objectives and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
•Prototype and demonstrate AI solutions in customer hackathons, showcasing rapid value through experiments.
•Support agentic process transformation by enabling ROI from AI deployments at scale using Celonis Process Intelligence.
•Execute end-to-end proof-of-value projects, including architecture and secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails.
•Stay engaged until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading technical pre-sales, including defining AI roadmaps, building ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions.
•Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
•Knowledge of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and/or fine-tuning.
•Ability to translate business process needs across sectors (e.g., supply chain or finance) into AI use cases.
•Strong knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
