Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle project delivery from feasibility and preconstruction through procurement, GMP development, construction, commissioning, closeout, and turnover.
  • •Establish and manage project budget, schedule, and risk controls to meet or exceed commercial targets and monitor financial performance.
  • •Oversee procurement strategy including solicitations, bid leveling, trade partner selection, and contract negotiations.
  • •Direct field operations such as work sequencing and logistics while ensuring site safety (OSHA compliance), QA/QC, and productivity.
  • •Partner with owners, architects/engineers, owner’s reps, code officials, utilities, and community stakeholders to maintain alignment, approvals, and permitting/inspection milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •BS Engineering or Construction Management (or related) with 10+ years of relevant construction experience, or an AA/AS with 12+ years, or HS/GED with 14+ years—all including at least 2 years of leadership.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle delivery across feasibility, preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Experience establishing and managing project budgets, schedules, and risk controls to meet commercial targets.
  • •Strong leadership of field operations including work sequencing, logistics, OSHA-compliant safety, and QA/QC and productivity.
  • •Experience relevant to sports, arenas, stadiums, and large entertainment clients (preferred), plus familiarity with large-scale commissioning and technology/infrastructure integration (AV, DAS, broadcast).
