Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead external reporting team activities including drafting and filing financial documents and SEC filings.
  • •Coordinate with Investor Relations, Corporate Legal, and senior leaders to review earnings documents and draft complex or unique matters clearly.
  • •Provide technical accounting leadership for complex transactions, including policy updates for FASB pronouncements and SEC rules and training impacted stakeholders.
  • •Own the global consolidated audit process to resolve issues and prevent delays.
  • •Lead full M&A accounting cycle, including due diligence, advising on deal structure/valuation processes, and supporting record-to-report finance integration.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Finance/Accounting with an active CPA license.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting and global Fortune 500 controllership experience.
  • •Deep understanding and application of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • •Technical accounting expertise in business combinations, treasury-related activities, and share-based compensation.
