Job Summary

Support Phonak growth across Western Canada by preparing and implementing Roger sales tactics, promotions, and strategies, and serving as the primary contact for Education and Distributor accounts. Deliver clinician training and customer-facing events for Roger, pediatrics, and hearing instruments, resolve customer issues and troubleshoot patients, and partner with Regional Sales Managers, Audiology, Marketing, and Headquarters to support product launches and sales tools.

•Prepare and implement Roger sales tactics, promotions, and strategies to support growth across Western Canada.
•Serve as primary contact for Education and Distributor accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
•Provide clinician training for Roger, pediatrics, and hearing instruments, including face-to-face trainings and open houses as needed.
•Partner with Regional Sales Managers, Audiology, Marketing, and Headquarters on sales tools, messaging, product initiatives, and customer support.
•Resolve customer complaints and provide patient troubleshooting support, sharing feedback related to product improvements.

Salary: $ 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Audiologist designation required; Doctor of Audiology preferred.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Audiologist.
•Professional working proficiency in English required; French proficiency is an asset.
•Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; SAP and Salesforce knowledge preferred.
•Strong presentation, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including independent and team-based work.
