Key Responsibilities

  • •Motivate and support the work-package team and individuals within the project team.
  • •Lead execution strategy by creating schedule baselines and structures for work packages, ensuring robust baselines and accurate forecasts throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Establish and control KPIs for planned outcomes, deploying effective project controls and managing confidence in forecasts.
  • •Represent the project at governance reviews and provide evidence-based progress accounts, distilling key risks, opportunities, and support needed by senior management.
  • •Manage change to baselined scope, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and the supply chain to develop proposals while maintaining baseline integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering successful projects in a relevant context, including experience in complex, multi-site organisations.

  • •Ability to structure and plan projects and tailor best-practice project controls.
  • •Experience directing project activities using baseline and critical path, with proactive risk and opportunity management and control of variance across time, cost, and quality.
