Key Responsibilities

  • •Design data-centric algorithm frameworks for data reasoning tasks and optimize reasoning data synthesis to improve logical consistency, domain adaptability, and training diversity.
  • •Integrate data and reasoning LLMs by tackling over/under-thinking issues in chain-of-thought generation and exploring LLM challenges for complex data analysis tasks.
  • •Track and apply open-source SOTA large models, perform post-training domain adaptation optimization, and verify application value.
