Job Summary

Manage and support IT infrastructure and applications, taking assignments from concept to completion and designing reliability and recovery practices. Build transaction-specific application performance monitoring metrics and produce reference architecture and visual diagrams. Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards while administering Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) with Nerdio and Intune, supported by Active Directory and Entra/Azure AD. Provide installation, configuration, testing, and rotational 24x7 on-call support.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure or applications, identifying development/support needs and designing solutions for project tasks.
•Design reliability practices and sound recovery procedures, and define reference architecture and visual diagrams for work completed.
•Create transaction-specific application performance monitoring metrics and provide performance statistics and reports to business partners.
•Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards, including reviewing and refining IT control enhancements and supporting security configurations.
•Perform installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, software, and systems management tools, including providing rotational on-call support 24x7.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience in IT application support, IT development, IT networking, or a similar field.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
•Strong administrative knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio tools for AVD and Intune management.
•Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra/Azure AD.
•Advanced experience with systems planning, security principles, and cross-functional project execution (including Azure DevOps experience preferred).
