Staff Backend Software Engineer (Revenue Engine)

Build and lead fault-tolerant, observable integrations that power how money moves across Headway’s Payment and Clearinghouse platforms. As one of two Staff Engineers on the Revenue Engine Team, partner with leadership to set technical direction for integrations with Stripe, Plaid, and payer clearinghouses, while mentoring senior engineers and enabling dozens of adjacent teams to ship faster on a reliable platform.
