Job Summary

Lead multi-discipline engineering programs from proof of concept through customer ship for next-generation data center system solutions. Partner across electrical, FW, thermal, mechanical, and electro-mechanical vendor teams to drive system design POCs, resolve design issues, and coordinate cohesive development plans across product, manufacturing, firmware, and software. Use best-in-class processes to streamline execution and deliver large-scale cross-functional programs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multi-discipline engineering teams for key initiatives from proof of concept to execution for next-generation data center systems.
•Partner with electrical, FW, thermal, and mechanical teams to define, design, and verify product hardware and manage system design POCs.
•Work with electro-mechanical vendors and partners, ensuring technical deliverables are met and supporting vendor selection with supply chain.
•Coordinate cross-functional design and operations teams (product design, manufacturing engineering, firmware, software) to develop cohesive development plans.
•Lead design issue resolution and develop best-in-class processes to streamline and grow the organization, managing program delivery with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
•Has driven product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem.
•Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
•Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs on time and within budget.
•Familiarity with systems engineering requirements management and defect tracking tools (JAMA, JIRA or similar).
