Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-discipline engineering teams for key initiatives from proof of concept to execution for next-generation data center systems.
  • •Partner with electrical, FW, thermal, and mechanical teams to define, design, and verify product hardware and manage system design POCs.
  • •Work with electro-mechanical vendors and partners, ensuring technical deliverables are met and supporting vendor selection with supply chain.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional design and operations teams (product design, manufacturing engineering, firmware, software) to develop cohesive development plans.
  • •Lead design issue resolution and develop best-in-class processes to streamline and grow the organization, managing program delivery with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •Has driven product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem.
  • •Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • •Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs on time and within budget.
  • •Familiarity with systems engineering requirements management and defect tracking tools (JAMA, JIRA or similar).
