Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a minimum of 10 key employer accounts within a specified sector as the main point of contact.
  • •Promote Serco’s employment, skills, and training offer to grow accounts and support new-account partnerships with pre- and post-employment support.
  • •Work with resourcers to communicate employer expectations, support effective screening, and ensure suitable learners are placed at pace.
  • •Track and report on key metrics including placements, satisfaction, sustainability, and repeat usage, and provide updates to the Strategic Account Manager and stakeholders.
  • •Use data insights to improve account management, employer engagement, and service quality by sharing recommendations with the Strategic Account Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • •Qualified to NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent qualification or experience).
  • •A sound understanding of the skills and employability sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • •A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience turning strategies into actionable plans.
