Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure statutory reports are timely and accurately filed for multiple allocated reporting units and legal entities
  • •Derive Statutory Financials per local GAAP or IFRS (depending on the region), based on US-GAAP group reporting
  • •Ensure all financial transactions and obligations are properly accounted for and reported for statutory purposes according to country standards
  • •Manage internal and external audit requirements, driving the statutory audit to completion in a timely manner
  • •Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and SOX compliance; liaise with stakeholders to maintain deadlines and standards

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance or economics (preferably in the field of accounting)
  • •Ongoing or completed ACCA is a plus
  • •Minimum 7 Years of experience working as a financial auditor or working as a key contact to external financial auditors within an international matrix organization
  • •Fluency (both oral and written) in English. Local language is a plus
  • •US-GAAP or IFRS Accounting knowledge; experience with IFRS-based statutory financial statements including notes preferred
