Senior Analyst, Search and Recommendations

Partner with CarMax’s Personalization data science team to analyze large-scale behavioral data and measure the business impact of search and recommendation changes. You’ll design and interpret rigorous statistical tests (including A/B and holdout experiments), collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers, and translate insights into clear narratives. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using BI tools, helping cross-functional stakeholders track key metrics and make product decisions.
