Job Summary

Manage and maintain HR systems, including SAP/SuccessFactors, third-party vendor applications, and related interfaces. Partner with HR and IT to capture business requirements, configure and test SuccessFactors solutions, and support compensation and performance review processes. Investigate automation opportunities, ensure data integrity and access, coordinate releases and system refreshes, and deliver training and technical documentation to enable reliable, cost-effective service.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the People & Talent team to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and configure and test SuccessFactors.
•Manage HR processes for compensation and performance reviews within the HRMS.
•Investigate and implement automated solutions to improve operational efficiency using the HRMS.
•Ensure application data integrity, system access, and proper data distribution; manage system instances, refreshes, and releases.
•Coordinate help desk tickets and support for reliable service; collaborate on HRMS interfaces/integrations, documentation, and user training.

Key Requirements

•Diploma and/or degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
•3+ years implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors HRMS applications.
•Experience configuring compensation processes, including compensation forms, launch, and route maps.
•SuccessFactors configuration experience across areas including SF Home Page, Goals, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding 1.0, Permissions & Security, Integration & Scheduling, and Learning Management System.
•Advanced skills in data analytics and the ability to model data.
