Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack/place on pallets, and print pallet labels using Pecas based on job docket information.
  • •Ensure correct pallet loading and material handling; perform quality checks to confirm jobs are complete, accurate, and error-free.
  • •Support press downtime by assisting operators and performing press area cleanup and safety procedures.
  • •Perform make-ready tasks including purging stacks/tables, changing cylinders/rollers, inks/solvent handling, installing/removing print unit cassettes, and doctor blade setup/breakdown.
  • •As an integral Press Crew member, follow OHSE, hazardous materials/waste handling, and compliance requirements (cGMP, HACCP, Chain of Custody), and assist with tools/equipment and production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years related production experience and/or training (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability to perform production tasks.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
  • •Must be able to rotate shifts and work more than 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week when needed to meet customer demands.
