Translate complex robotic intelligence into clear, user-friendly documentation that connects researchers, engineers, and real-world customers, operators, and developers. Own documentation across software architecture, APIs, SDKs, deployment guides, operational procedures, and troubleshooting runbooks for robotic fleets. Collaborate across robotics and ML teams to capture product functionality accurately, manage the documentation lifecycle end to end, and establish best practices for style, tooling, and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for robotic intelligence software, including architecture overviews, APIs, SDKs, and codebases.
•Author deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation for operators and customers managing production robot fleets.
•Collaborate with robotics researchers, ML engineers, software architects, and infrastructure teams to gather information and reflect product functionality accurately.
•Own the documentation lifecycle end to end, from planning and drafting through review, publication, and ongoing updates.
•Establish documentation best practices, style guidelines, and tooling; conduct peer reviews and maintain consistent terminology, tone, and style for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience as a technical writer in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accurately to diverse audiences.
•Familiarity with software development concepts and comfort reading code (e.g., Python, C++ or similar).
•Experience documenting complex software systems (APIs, SDKs, software architecture) and/or creating deployment and operational documentation for robotic or hardware systems.
