Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for robotic intelligence software, including architecture overviews, APIs, SDKs, and codebases.
  • •Author deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation for operators and customers managing production robot fleets.
  • •Collaborate with robotics researchers, ML engineers, software architects, and infrastructure teams to gather information and reflect product functionality accurately.
  • •Own the documentation lifecycle end to end, from planning and drafting through review, publication, and ongoing updates.
  • •Establish documentation best practices, style guidelines, and tooling; conduct peer reviews and maintain consistent terminology, tone, and style for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience as a technical writer in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
  • •Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accurately to diverse audiences.
  • •Familiarity with software development concepts and comfort reading code (e.g., Python, C++ or similar).
  • •Experience documenting complex software systems (APIs, SDKs, software architecture) and/or creating deployment and operational documentation for robotic or hardware systems.
