Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive daily oversight and execution of finished goods and raw material movement across Asia origins to VF DCs and customer directs.
  • •Design and implement daily origin and outbound product flow processes, supporting cost reduction, consolidation, and KPI/forecast analysis.
  • •Manage logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and host regular operations meetings to drive KPI attainment and issue resolution.
  • •Support logistics systems and digital visibility by proposing improvements and ensuring timely, accurate information for functional teams.
  • •Support trade compliance and vendor compliance controls, including managing logistics data analytics efforts and partnering with Global Trade Compliance on document and customs compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in international logistics operations across air, ocean, and 3PL environments.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related area (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and systems knowledge with excellent English communication (writing and speaking).
  • •Computer skills and ability to work effectively with global and external partners; Mandarin is a plus.
