Job Summary

Own daily oversight and execution of finished-goods and raw-material movement across VF Asia, partnering with Global Sourcing, Planning, Supply Chain, Brands, and multiple Logistics Service Providers. Help design and implement origin and outbound flow processes, monitor KPIs and partner performance, and support trade compliance and vendor compliance programs. Use logistics systems and visibility platforms to improve accuracy and on-time performance, while hosting operations meetings and collaborating on process and control improvements in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive logistics operations execution and transformation across VF Asia, partnering with Global Sourcing, Planning, Supply Chain, and Brands.
•Oversee daily movement of finished goods (and raw materials) through logistics providers, ensuring KPI attainment for booking timeliness, cargo release timeliness, and origin dwell.
•Design and implement daily processes for origin and outbound product flow, supporting cost reduction, multi-country consolidation, and logistics visibility.
•Manage trade compliance and vendor compliance controls, including operating logistics data analytics for standardized reporting and metrics.
•Host operations meetings with logistics partners and collaborate on continuous improvements to logistics systems activities and partner performance.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in international logistics operations across air, ocean, and 3PL environments.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in business or Supply Chain (or equivalent work experience).
•Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and systems knowledge.
•Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking); Mandarin is a plus.
