Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Manage commercial contracts and procurement in an NEC environment for major UK infrastructure programmes across airports, utilities, and transport. Lead post-contract activities including payment approvals, cost assessments, contract changes, change control, and interim payment verification. Produce cost reports and forecasting, support early warnings and compensation events, and advise on procurement strategy and tender evaluations. Work with a Midlands team, sometimes embedded with clients, while delivering value for money and commercial performance.
